French-Canadian Recipe Project | Crée un livre de recettes | Procedural Writing

This French-Canadian Recipe project is designed to challenge students to come up with their own unique twist on a recipe with learning about procedural/recipe writing. They will research, create and present their findings to the class while creating their own recipe booklet. Perfect for literacy centers and independent or small group work!

Includes the following:

• Introduction page
• Connection to Ontario Curriculum page
• Access to digital version (Google Slides)
• Graphic organizers (lined, unlined, combo)
• Rubric for marking
• Procedural writing classroom posters & vocabulary cards (les mots de transition)

Please note that this product does not include suggested websites relating to French-Canadian recipes. You will likely need to provide your students with books, or a research database to help them.
